Did you come up with the exercises? Are these moves you do on your own?

Rory: We had an awesome trainer, Patrick Goudeau, who has 20 years of experience in the health industry. He's an amazing, amazing professional. He worked with us and we told him, "That's the type of thing we would never do," or, "That's not something that would be fun," "That's too easy, it should be more challenging," or "That's too challenging, it should be easier." It was a great collaboration. Now,we do the DVDs and laugh our heads off.

Kim: As we make mistakes!

Rory: We don't pretend to be better than we are when we're doing these, as I'm sure you saw. We mess up, we complain, we say we want to quit, we talk about our sweaty butts and our sweaty armpits, and that's just the way it is. We don't want anyone out there to think we're living these easy, pure, perfect lives. Working out is a struggle for us, but we do it anyway.

Kim: I think that's what people like about our books -- just how we talk to each other and how we relate, and we wanted to keep that same theme with the workout videos. For people to have fun seeing us bitching and moaning as we go through.
