Do you have any particular fitness accomplishments of which you're really, really proud?
Kim: Surviving the workout DVD filming!
Rory: Those were 14 hour days, three days in a row, working out non-stop in front of the hot lights, with no air conditioner on, so I have to say that was my Ironman right there.
Kim: Yeah, we only had a month to get that whole thing together. It was challenging and crazy.
Rory: I think we both had three mental breakdowns where we were crying, "I can't do it anymore! Make it stop!"
Kim: What we went through at the end was such an amazing thing. In the middle, we were saying, "I'm never doing this again," but then after it was over, we were ready to do another one. It was so fun
Rory: I did a Muddy Buddy race with a friend. It's a race where you and a friend do it, and you have one bicycle between the two of you. One person starts out running and the other one starts out on the bike, and every mile or kilometer, you meet up at an obstacle. You do the obstacle together, then you switch. You do that until you get to the very end, and then you go through a big mud pit together. It's really fun and raises money for a charity. It was grueling, but the three day workout shooting was the most grueling.
