Weight Watchers Cookbook Guacamole Recipe

Chunky Guacamole

Serves: 6

2 Hass avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro
1 ½ tablespoons lime or lemon juice
¼ cup finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce

Coarsely mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Serve at once or press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent the guacamole from browning.

Refrigerate up to 3 hours.
