Midnight Spin Instructor Extraordinaire

Accomplished spin instructor, Monica Prestifilippo, donated her time and talents to lead a variety of spin classes about 50 feet from Hood. Spinners pumped up the Cycling Superman with needed energy. I'm still sore from one of the spin classes.
