Biking

Most kids love riding bikes. Even if you haven't ridden yours in years, pull it out and go for a ride with your kids. It's a fun family activity and it sets a great example. (Though, unlike the dad in this photo, you should be sure to wear a helmet -- it's safer for you and it sets a good example for your kids.)
