It's Hot, Hot, Hot!

Cayenne pepper, a small red berry from the Capsicum annum plant, creates heat when taken into the body. Capsaicin is the chemical that makes peppers hot. Cayenne is known to reduce pain and swelling, has anticancer properties and many other health benefits.
