Push-ups
Push-ups kill a ton birds with one stone as they work an awesome amount of muscle groups: pecs, traps, deltoids, biceps, triceps, erector spinae, abdominals, glutes, hip flexors and calves. They can be a challenge for anyone -- whether you can do two or 200. Last, they require no equipment (although fun equipment can be used) and can be done anywhere at any time.
