#3 Crackers

Crackers currently rank third, whereas candy was third place 20 years ago. Big improvement. Be sure to check the nutrition information on the crackers you're giving your kids, though, and watch what you're putting on them. A bit of peanut butter on a few crackers is a great snack, but a ton of peanut butter on half a box of crackers? Not so good.
