The California Grill

That evening, we enjoyed a ridiculously delicious and enjoyable dinner at The California Grill on the top floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort. Chef Dahlmann himself came out to meet us. He was incredibly sweet. I wish we could have taken him and his brilliant cooking skills home with us.
