Problem: You have heat rash.

Heat rash happens when sweat is trapped beneath your skin. You can try to prevent it by sloughing off dead skin in the shower with a clean wash cloth and trying to stay cool and dry, but if you already have it, try applying a soothing lotion like Sarna Lotion, or take a lukewarm bath with a handful of milled oatmeal.
