Problem: Acne in random spots on your body.

Lots of us experience breakouts on our backs and chests, often because we were wearing fitted clothing, got sweaty, and didn't rinse off and change -- that's the first thing you need to do. Also, though, when you shower, try using a clean washcloth, especially for washing your face. Loofahs and sponges hold bacteria and can add to acne. If you need to use a sponge or loofah, try to replace it every 3 weeks or so.
