FITZ: That's ironic, isn't it? It's the complete opposite of what most women would want to do. So what is your secret to staying fit now?
CHERYL: I am very consistent. I eat right all the time. Oatmeal and green tea is my normal breakfast. For lunch, I eat some protein with a veggie salad. Period. I eat no sugar or pasta, and I don't make any excuses to do so either. I have always thought it was rude to clean a plate, so I never have more than 80 percent of what is served. I often use smaller plates to enforce smaller portions.
