How has your training changed now that you're a starter? Do you focus more on working harder or injury prevention?
That's a very good question. I think at this point, for me, it's both. As a starter, playing every game, your body takes more of a pounding when I'm on the field. But it's more injury prevention during the week. Last year, it was more strength training - I was trying to improve my strength, where this year, it's more about maintaining and injury prevention.
