Start with events

If you're seriously uncomfortable writing about your every day life, start by chronicling events -- concerts, movies, games, dates, etc. If it helps, keep a memento to jot down a few words about. Or, just make a commitment to yourself that you'll write something about your favorite memory of that event, who you went with, what you ate, or whatever interests you. You could also start journaling your fitness habits, recording your workouts and including notes on how you felt afterward to keep yourself motivated.
