Problem: Tired Eyes
I hate when friends ask me if I'm tired, because I know it means my eyes look bad. But, there's a reason you always see pictures of women with cucumbers on their eyes -- it works! Put cucumber slices or chilled, caffeinated tea bags for 15 minutes. You'll notice tighter skin and less puffiness. Getting lots of vitamin C, drinking plenty of water, and, of course, actually RESTING will help, too.
