Lined Lids

Personally, I'm a huge fan of eyeliner. It really makes the eye stand out with minimal effort. Not everyone should wear a thick black line above their lashes, though -- paler complexions can try something sheer, like a gold or tan shade. Medium skin can handle a little more, like a bronze or chocolate colors. Dark skin will look fantastic with copper liner, as it will really stand out and make the eyes pop.
