20 States have laws that allow companies to ban their employees from smoking, even at home

The University of Massachusetts Medical School has banned smoking on its premises (even when people are in their cars in the parking lot), the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio no longer hires smokers, and Scott's Miracle Gro Company recently fired a man who tested positive for nicotine.
