Works core strength and agility. Grab a lightweight branch (at least as long as your shoulders are wide) and hold it a bit lower than chest height with your elbows close to your torso (A). Brace your abs and start running as hard as possible, using the branch to prevent your arms and shoulders from swinging (B). Continue for four minutes.
