Frozen dinners.

I know what you're thinking -- there's no way that frozen dinners are healthy. But we've come a long way from fat-and-carb-laden TV dinners -- many companies are coming out with ones that can be a healthy addition to your diet. There are a few rules to follow though: The meal shouldn't have more than 600 mg sodium, it should contain a full serving of veggies with some lean protein and it should fall between 200 and 400 calories. As well, it should be free of trans fats, with no more than 5 g of saturated fat. And if you're choosing a pasta dish, go for the one with whole wheat pasta to up your fiber intake. Still not convinced? Make your own healthy meals and freeze them for use at a later date.
