Meditate

When you're constantly on the go and feeling stressed, it's hard to feel good about anything, much less yourself. It's important to take time out and breathe. Try meditating and focusing on all that's good in your life and the wonderful qualities that you possess. Just taking a few moments each day to remind yourself of these things can be wonderfully refreshing. If meditating isn't your thing, try yoga or Tai Chi. The mind-body connection of these activities will re-center you and help you to feel better about yourself and your abilities. You can also focus on the positive by journaling.
