Banana Butterscotch "Buzz"

Carmelized Bananas and Butterscotch Custard Stack with Caramel Sauce, Cocoa Nib, and Plantain Chip. This is the dessert I personally picked out, and almost completely personally devoured. Now, I am a small fit woman who chooses the things I put in my mouth wisely. Thank goodness I make an enormous amount of fantastic choices each and every day. When given the rare opportunity to enjoy something like this....I didn't feel a shred guilty about one single bite.
