What are some of your favorite strength training exercises that regular people can do?

You know what? Two of the things I love to do are yoga and Pilates. I do. Studies have shown that flexibility can add multiple years of active life. I'd like to be a grandfather in his fifties who's playing with his grandkids, you know? And Pilates is all about core strength. Research has shown in the last 10 to 15 years how important strengthening that core can be for your entire body, especially if you have back issues. For athletes, you really have to understand how important core training can be in terms of stabilization, whatever your sport might be.

What's your favorite yoga pose?

It would definitely have to be Child's Pose.
