Yes, you need to get your fluids -- about 91 ounces daily for women. However, it doesn't necessarily need to be just water. Water, juice, coffee, tea, or other drinks count for about 80 percent, while food should provide about 20 percent. According to a new study, ALL beverages, including caffeinated beverages, count.
