<p><strong>Occupation:</strong> I am an insurance sales and service representative for my primary job, but I have several other major responsibilities, to say the least. I am also a single mother, and, as a hobby, I help people with diet and training in my spare time. I meet people and work out with them to teach them new exercises and do nutritional and other advising through e-mails. I also have one night a week when I prepare meals for the week for myself. My life is pretty hectic, but I feel very blessed. I manage the time very well and keep everyone smiling. My days start early with cardio, then off to manage insurance accounts, then soccer practice for my son, followed by the gym and finally, I answer e-mails. These are our normal days. It gets really crazy around time for a <a target="_blank" href="http://bodybuilderfitness.com/gallery.html">figure competition</a>, too. But I wouldn't have it any other way! </p>

<p><strong>Occupation:</strong> I work full-time at Georgetown Law. I am also getting my Masters degree on a part-time basis at Georgetown in the Communication Culture and Technology Program. And to top it all off, I have a part-time job at a local event promotions company, which adds about 10 to 20 extra hours of work to my week. </p>
<p><strong>How often do you exercise?</strong> Six times a week. </p>
<p><strong>What type of exercise do you do? </strong>Everything! Or at least I will try everything once. I love the Precor AMT, as it has such a wide adaptable range of motion. My fall-back is the elliptical (either a Precor with adaptable cross-ramp and resistance or the AMT) and the treadmill. My gym offers a great variety of classes (spin, strength training, boot camp, 15 minute ab classes, total body conditioning) which are great. <p><strong>How often do you exercise?</strong> Five to six days a week. </p>
<p><strong>What type of exercise do you do?</strong> I switch between interval and endurance training on the treadmill (I absurdly love the treadmill), the elliptical, and then weight train every day alternating muscle groups. </p>
<p><strong>What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy?</strong> I like to do one crunch or one squat when I'm unmotivated. When I feel how strong my muscles are now, I realize that they only got that way from consistently exercising. These single reps almost always inspire me to go to the gym. </p>
