Karen Asp, That's Fit Fit Travel blogger, counts fitness and travel among her passions, and she packs her fitness program with her wherever she travels. Most of her journeys take her to active destinations, and throughout the years, she's done some pretty cool things -- like completing two 10Ks on two different continents (Australia and North America) on the same day, tandem paragliding off the top of Rendezvous Mountain in Jackson Hole, Wyo., and heli-hiking in Alaska.Besides being a traveling fitness nut, Karen is a professional journalist who specializes in fitness, health, nutrition, travel and pets. She's a contributing editor for Woman's Day, a contributing writer for Oxygen and AOL Health, and the former fitness columnist for Allure. Karen is also a group fitness instructor and personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise who has over 15 years' experience in the fitness field.
