Newly engaged Kim Kardashian has been public about wanting to slim down and tone up for her upcoming nuptials to NBA player Kris Humphries -- and she is doing a great job of incorporating fitness into her busy life. After filming an episode as a guest judge on Project Runway, the fit fashionista and host Heidi Klum hit Battery Park in New York City for a four-mile run. In addition to pounding the pavement, the reality TV star has been heading to the gym regularly, sometimes sneaking in multiple workouts in a day.
What does the bride-to-be do when she's at the gym? According to her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, she works hard. He has her mix upper and lower-body strength moves with core work and cardio intervals. (Get Kim's favorite workout moves here.) If the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star keeps up with her active lifestyle, she's sure to be tight and toned by the big day.
We don't know what she'll be wearing on her fit frame, but the eldest Kardashian was spotted shopping at Vera Wang on Madison Avenue in New York City this weekend. Designer Michael Kors shared his hopes for the guest judge before taping her episode of Project Runway. "Hopefully it's clean, sleek and simple. But dramatic, because she can pull off dramatic looks," he told People. We're sure the reality star will look great no matter what she chooses, but we did find 54 stylish wedding dresses off the runway we are loving right now. Maybe the bride-to-be will love one of these too!
