Didn't Reese Witherspoon look fabulous at the recent MTV Movie Awards? She just looked so fit -- and incredibly healthy.
Witherspoon has long credited running and this form of power yoga as her secrets to staying in shape. This killer combination is obviously working well. Running is great for building cardiovascular endurance and burning calories, while power yoga helps to stretch the body, improve range of motion, reduce the risk of injury and build upper- and lower-body strength from the many poses that use body weight to work the muscles.
And Witherspoon didn't just look good in a dress Sunday night at the MTV Movie Awards, she also spoke her mind when accepting the Generation Award, giving all the young girls of the world a positive and healthy message.
