Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake may have stolen the most recent MTV Movie Awards with their rather "grabby" awards presentation, but we were only thinking about one thing: how fit Kunis looked! Here are her top ways to stay fit and totally toned!
Top 3 Workout Secrets of Mila Kunis
1. Get outdoors. Getting fit isn't just about hitting the gym for Kunis. Instead she prefers to get outside. Whether it's jet skiing, snowboarding or going for a walk, exercising outdoors helps her have fun during her workouts!
2. Dance it off. Although Kunis is well known for her role on "That '70s Show," she's probably best known these days for her role opposite of Natalie Portman in "Black Swan." For that movie, Mila got in amazing shape by dancing her way to a ballerina's body!
3. Get adventurous. When it comes to food, there's not much that Kunis won't try at least once. Be it a new health food or exotic cuisine, her taste buds are as adventurous as her workouts are!
