Halle Berry's Favorite Workouts
1. Strength training. Halle follows Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor Fitness plan, which includes five minutes of each: warm-up, upper-body strength training, lower-body moves, core-training exercises and fat-burning cardio work.
2. Kickboxing. A nice mix of upper- and lower-body exercise, Halley uses kickboxing to burn calories and get strong!
3. Hills. Whether it's hiking, climbing stairs or even cranking up the resistance on the elliptical, it's all about feeling the burn for Halle!
Halle also enjoys a healthy diet that includes lots of fresh produce, lean proteins, complex carbs and plenty of water!
