The Daily Mail seems to have found the answer. According to the British paper, the key to Pippa's "hot bod" is as simple as weekly pilates classes, attended near her London apartment. Pilates, which works on core strength without being an intense cardio experience, is a low-impact workout that is easy to do in your own home or at a studio. Pippa gave her local studio a personal seal of approval, says The Daily Mail, with the following testimonial:
"As someone who is always 'on the go,' Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London. Whether it's 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated. Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture and couldn't recommend Morgot more highly as an instructor. From breathing techniques, muscle toning to overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energized."
UsMagazine.com reports that Pippa couples her pilates training with additional cardio workouts, embracing her penchant for athletics. She particularly enjoys "swimming, jogging, tennis and skiing" -- sports for every season.
But how far would you be willing to go to get a Pippa-like derriere? Apparently, some women are willing to go under the knife for that kind of "perfection." According to The Daily Star, British women are rushing to the plastic surgeon's for what has been dubbed "The Pip Package Perfect Posterior." These sorts of surgeries have experienced a 60 percent increase since Kate and Will's fairy-tale wedding, with women shelling out up to £8,000 (equivalent to approximately $12,497) for the procedure.
Plastic surgeon Lesley Khan told The Daily Star that women have switched bum icons. "A few years back everyone wanted the Jennifer Lopez look but now everyone asks for a bottom like Pippa's -- curvy but not too peachy."
So what's your fail-proof trick to toning your bottom? And would you be willing to undergo surgery if your workout wasn't producing the results you desired?
