A toned stomach is often considered the holy grail of a fit figure. For many women, the hardest challenge is getting their bodies back into shape after giving birth. Shape's latest cover girl, new mom Kourtney Kardashian, believes that the challenge is universal. "I think everyone focuses on their stomach," she tells Shape.
