We all know squats do wonders for your lower half -- toning your thighs, glutes, and calfs but they can get monotonous and don't always work to keep your heart rate up. Celebrity trainer Bob Harper has given the age old fitness exercise a facelift; making it high impact and even more effective (if you can believe it!).
