Well, my online journey has come to a close. I've had a ton of fun writing these posts every week, and I hope you have too. I've learned a lot about healthy living and exercise that I'll be able to take with me the rest of my life.

I'd like to take a few minutes to thank the people who've helped me with this project. Thanks to That's Fit for choosing me and letting me spill my guts every week. I'm especially thankful to my editors, Katie and Kimberly for their guidance and help in getting these posts together every week. Their suggestions and words of wisdom have been a huge help to me every week. Also, thanks to Keri Glassman for her nutrition help over the phone. She gave me some great tips that I'm still using today.

I'd also like to thank Weight Watchers Online for Men. They hooked me up with a free trial membership, and some other cool stuff. These tools have been very useful to me, and if you need some help losing weight go ahead and check them out. They're not paying me to say that or anything, but I really do think they have a good program with some good online tools.
It's been fun reading about Ashley's journey along with mine, and I will continue to follow her journey from here. Thanks, Ashley, for your words of encouragement throughout the months. I wish you luck and success as you keep pressing on.

I've had a lot of help at work with our Wellness program, and I'd like to thank them too for all their guidance in nutrition and exercise. Thanks Kembre, Jennifer, Matt, Rachel, Sarah, and my entire Shape Up at Work team. Thanks to my family and friends for their encouragement and for letting me bounce topic ideas off you.

And finally, thanks to you, the readers. Whether you came back and read every week, or you're just stopping by today for the first time, I am humbled that you took the time to read what I had to say. I appreciate the comments and encouragement you posted. I read every one and got several good tips from you. I especially liked the spam comments. They made me laugh. Spam is everywhere, my friends. Everywhere...

What's next for me? This is my first experience blogging, and I haven't decided if I'm going to continue blogging somewhere else. Either way, I'm sure I'll take a break from blogging for a little while. But I will continue with the healthy living habits that I've learned here. I'm shooting for hitting my goal weight by this time next year. I'd like to run a 5K by the end of the year, and I'm well on my way to that. All in all, I'm very excited about what the year has in store for me!

So, that's it! Thanks again for reading! Hopefully we'll talk again soon.

Weight Watchers Online for Men provided Lee with a free trial membership. All opinions are his own.
