Mandy Ingber is a health and wellness advisor. Her motto "having the body you want begins with loving the body you have" is based on the idea that we can start feeling good at any fitness level. She is the producer and creator of the yoga-hybrid fitness DVD "Yogalosophy," which you can find on her website. Her celebrity clients include Jennifer Aniston, and she is regularly featured in Self, Glamour and InStyle, and has appeared on such television shows as the "Today" show, "Good Morning America Health," E's "Access Hollywood" and "Extra." Ingber was born and bred in Los Angeles and was raised on yoga and brown rice.
