Are "Healthy" Snacks Really What You Think They Are?

As you're browsing the grocery store aisles for Super Bowl snacks, do you pick the low-cal choice instead of your normal selection? Many people base their food purchases on product labels in hopes that it will save their calorie intake for the day.

If they can resist cheating but still crave something unhealthy, they'll choose the "light" choice. Do labels like these really mean these foods are healthier or even healthy? If you're going for chips and dip, does "light" five-layer Mexican dip mean that you can have four servings in one sitting?
