Think you need a membership to a fancy health club to get fit? Or maybe you feel that since you don't have a few hundred bucks to spend on expensive home gym equipment, you can't shape up?

It's time to rethink that attitude, and "You Are Your Own Gym: the Bible of Bodyweight Exercises," by Mark Lauren with Joshua Clark, is just the thing to change your mind. Lauren is a certified military physical training specialist, special operations combat controller, triathlete and champion Thai boxer. And his focus is on finding exercises that people can do anywhere with no fancy equipment (though a chair or weight is occasionally required), regardless of what shape they're in.

In addition to providing more than 80 pages of workouts, complete with instructions and variations to make many of them more challenging, Lauren provides easy-to-understand advice on nutrition and motivation and offers four different programs (Basic, First Class, Master, Chief), along with the option to simply create your own.

This week, five lucky That's Fit readers will win a copy of "You Are Your Own Gym." As always, entering is easy!
