Do You Eat Certain Foods to Lose Weight?

Hm, interesting question. There are foods that will naturally speed up and/or regulate your metabolism which in effect does help you lose (or gain) weight. You wouldn't guess that there are people who have trouble keeping on weight would you? But it's true! So yes, I believe certain foods do help! Start with green tea and enjoy a cup today!

Yes! My father owns an organic health food store of more than 40 years. Yes, certain foods do help. To start off with an idea for beginners, take a good look at Mediterranean foods (they are high in antioxidants, very low in processed/starchy/dairy foods except goat milk based dairy (which is healthier & lactose free) and uses olive oil etc.)

I don't believe any foods can make you lose weight... but foods like almonds, fish and yogurt can help you snack sensibly and maintain weight loss. They can also give you energy needed for heavy workouts and keep u feeling full longer.

I think it does matter what you eat at least that is what my trainer has me believing and it shows. My tummy is shrinking!

Cinnamon extract, Fenugreek and Onion will help loose your weight or reduce gaining weight.
