"Office" star Jenna Fischer completes strength training and cardio routines five times a day, usually with her husband, Lee Kirk. That doesn't mean that she's completely confident in the way she looks. Instead, Fischer says that all of the years in Hollywood has taught her that the only way to combat insecurities about her imperfections is to "own them."
