Omit red meats, eat meat ONLY once a day -- preferably at lunch time to give your body time to digest effectively. This is better than eating meat at dinnertime because you are more likely to sit and/lay down afterwards, which in result slows down the digestive system. Drink water instead of juice and EAT fresh fruits instead.

Making hubby do it with me! That way we're accountable.

Think of my body as a car. Fuel when I need to with unleaded food, check my fluids, and run for drives. Oh and then go to car wash! Lol.

Kimberly A.
I have no idea I am just taking it a day at a time right now.
