Do you know how many calories you should be eating in order to maintain a healthy weight? According to a new book called "400 Calorie Fix," the answer is anywhere from 1,200 to 1,600.

The diet book, which will be released in January, allows you to eat anything you want -- as long as you consume it as one of four 400-calorie meals throughout the day. "400 Calorie Fix" gives you delicious, calorie-controlled meals and tools. You'll get great options for 400-calorie breakfasts, sandwiches, pasta dishes, ethnic cuisines, etc., and you'll learn how to make healthy eating choices when out of the house.

This week, five lucky That's Fit readers will get this book for free. All you have to do is enter below for your chance to win.
