Yes- I was definitely misled by Dannon's claims!! I have been using Activia every day for at least a year!!

I personally never fell for it - I know that there is a lot of false advertising out there!

No, but only because I don't buy flavored yogurts. I like plain, preferably Greek yogurt and then add my own fruit or honey.

Where does that money go though? Government is fining businesses in any way to get money. My question is, was there any damage done to the consumer? Someone is being really greedy here is all I can say. Another way Big Brother takes money. Large businesses can afford this, but what about the small and medium businesses they put out of business? And believe me, they are doing it. Sad nation indeed.

I wasn't fooled, because I know that probiotics must be taken on an empty stomach, and to mix them with poison (i.e. "pasteurized" dairy and sugar) was laughable to me. And, I tell all my patients to steer clear of "processed" foods in ANY form... for this very reason.

I buy products based on the nutrition info and ingredients list now. In the past I bought whatever tasted good! Now I spot all the garbage in things they try to pass off as healthy!
