A New Year means new goals -- specifically, diet and fitness goals. If you're really looking to make a change this year, you've got to want it. That's why we're giving away 50 free pedometers for that jump-start you need.

In 2011, That's Fit is challenging our readers to Walk a marathon (26 miles) in one month. By walking almost every day in January, you can begin fresh and leave the bad habits behind. You'll get a full walking plan and put your new pedometer to great use. Check back on December 26 to get details on your walking challenge.

New Balance's VIA step pedometer offers much more than your average pedometer. It has a step counter, calorie counter, distance traveled counter, and a walk or run sensor built in. No need to use complicated math in order to crunch your fitness numbers, this pedometer does it all for you.

This week, 50 lucky That's Fit readers will win the New Balance VIA step pedometer for free. All you have to is enter below for your chance to win.
