Best Workout DVDs of 2010

We love working out without leaving the house, and we're lucky enough that part of the job here at That's Fit is to review the various workout DVDs that land on our desks. And because we hate to keep all that luck to ourselves, we're sharing our top five DVD picks from 2010!
"Core Fusion Lean & Toned" was exactly what we were looking for in an at-home Core Fusion workout. We were almost pushed to the point of begging for it to stop -- you know we love that kind of torture. And we found that although the moves left our legs shaking and our clothes soaked with sweat, the stretching included in the video kept us from being too sore the next day.
Jillian Michaels is known for delivering a tough-as-nails workout, and "Shred-It With Weights" is no exception. We really liked the format of the workout, and it was seriously challenging -- we're still working up to some of the moves. The best part? You can always add more weight to make it a little more difficult or take it down a notch when you want an easier day.
We loved "YogaWorks Body Slim" so much that, even though it technically came out last December, we had to include it in our year-end roundup. It might be the perfect yoga DVD for beginners (especially when you consider the learning guide!), but it's hard enough to challenge even devoted yogis.
Sometimes you just want a workout that's plain fun, and that's what "Dance With Julianne: Just Dance!" delivers. It was upbeat and totally enjoyable (even if some of the moves did make us feel a little silly). Julianne Hough is a great dancer with an amazing body, which just makes us all the more motivated to move just like her.
"Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training" is short -- just 30 minutes -- but holy moly is it ever effective. Jackie Warner has a no-nonsense approach, providing solid exercises and making you work hard, and it's obvious from her ridiculous abs that it works.
