Kelly Osbourne used to be the fat kid whose weight was a media focus. Sit-ups made her sick and getting to the gym -- let alone getting the recommended amount of physical activity for a woman her age -- was a challenge.

Once she made exercise a priority and gave herself small rewards and encouragement along the way, she quickly lost the weight.
