- Refrigerate your cans. (Fat solidifies on the surface and can be scraped off/)
- Dilute your juice.
- Fake a carbohydrate. (Replace a carbohydrate with a vegetable (i.e., swap cauliflower for a potato or spaghetti with spaghetti squash.)
- Replace oil with applesauce.
- Work out with a partner.
