Make a fruit smoothie from frozen fruit or if I'm in a hurry, I will grab a V-8 Fusion... not Splash but Fusion... Fusion doesn't have HFCS.

There's always something in season. Apples and pears in the fall, citrus in the winter, melons, peaches, raspberries in the summer, etc. Organic carrots and baby spinach blend very well with frozen fruit and berries. I think it's healthy to eat seasonally. If your 'favorite' isn't around, find something that is and learn to enjoy it!

MonaVie! 2 oz in the morning and 2 at night is equivalent to 12-13 servings a day.
