Any show that pushes people to change their lifestyle is good in my book, a healthy life is more than working your butt off, we need to develop positive habits. Working your butt off IS a big part of it to get those results to show, and Jackie is definately good at that. :)

I love that the show doesn't only focus on diet and nutrition but also highlights the mental side of overeating and the importance of confronting those issues.

I love that the show pushes the contestants (as well as the viewers) to dig past just eating right/exercising to find out WHY they engage in healthy behaviors.

It's always motivating for me to watch Thintervention when I'm working out. I also like the fact that she focuses on the fact that it's not just one or the other (diet or exercise), but how they go hand in hand.

I LOVE Thintervention. I absolutely love that she pushes them within their own element. She may be around a lot, but they live at home and have to manage their responsibilities too. I hope this show gets picked up for more than this first season!

I love it because she is so motivating. She asks you to find your inner strength and use that to push through, instead of screaming at you to do the work

Oh my goodness! I LLLLLOOOOVVVEEE Jackie! I watched her old show "Work out" and I was hooked! She looks fabulous, knows what she's talking about when it comes to health and fitness and I want to look like her! 8-) I'm addicted to her and everything she is involved in! She's definitely a mentor for me. As a matter of fact, I've ordered her book "This is why you're fat and how to get thin forever" and starting the new lifestyle change tomorrow! Can't wait to feel awesome about myself again, I deserve it!

I love Thintervention because Jackie provides great motivation to keep working out! She gives great tips on workouts and dieting. Of course, looking at her fabulous abs doesn't hurt the process. I also think Nikki and Brian are hilarious!!

I love Thintervention because it always motivates me to workout and also because Jackie talks about more than just exercise and also discusses the mental/emotional side to weightloss.
