You put a lot of thought into what you wear to exercise, but after you've laced up your special shoes and slipped into your favorite running shorts and your best tank, do you ever feel like you've left something out? Is there something you haven't put as much thought into as perhaps you could have?

We're talking about socks, folks, and this week, we're hooking up two lucky That's Fit readers with socks and more from Injinji! Injinji offers a variety of toe socks designed for different activities, so whatever your sport is, Injinji has you covered.

Injinji is providing gift baskets for two winners including four socks -- the white micro, pink mini crew, rainbow mini crew and yoga series mini crew -- plus a logo performance T-shirt, light blue performance gloves and a pink logo hat.

My favourite workout is a long 5 hour trail run in the woods with my pooch, where I can let my mind be free and enjoy the beauty around me, while spending quality time with myself. :)

I love to swim but I never get the chance. Second choice, not by much, is the elliptical or treadmill, depending on how I feel that day.

My favorite type of workout is a mixed cardio routine at the gym. I like to rotate speed intervals on the treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical and bike. The variety keeps me from getting bored!

My favorite type of workout is running... 4miles, in Autumn (about 60 degrees), with my fav music, on a scenic route! PERFECTION!

Since I have been unemployed since April, my favorite work outs are:

1. Walking every day
2. Free online exercise videos that I can do at home
3. My "dusty-no-longer" hand weights
4. Free DVDs I can get online from different places (my latest one for Yoga for people with multiple sclerosis, which I have had for 25 years).
5. My big blue ball to do exercises on which sat on its box for 2 years!

My favorite work out has to be climbing up the side of something... whether it be a rock wall, the side of the house, or just a local mountain or hill. The best part is getting to the top, and if its a nice clean hill... of course being a child again and rolling down :)
