Have you or a loved one been affected by cancer? As the second leading cause of cancer death among women, breast cancer has affected almost everyone in some way. If you are supporting breast cancer awareness this month, there's no reason not to do it in style.

I love supporting causes, especially breast cancer awareness. Breast Cancer has affected so many women, and men, and it's important to keep the discussion and support alive, not just in October. With more support, and awareness, research strides can be made, to help come up with a cure for this deadly disease. What better way to remind people and show support than while performing activities to keep us healthy. Diet and exercise are key in staving off disease, so why not show support for finding a cure while working to remain healthy?

For the month of October, I have my class wearing pink plus have asked each one of them to raise breast cancer awareness by either making a donation or doing one of the various walks that are being conducted in our area. Now that's supporting a good cause while combining exercise!

I like supporting causes like breast cancer research because, while I don't suffer from breast cancer, I do have other illnesses...illnesses that also have no known cure at this time like Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. It makes me feel better knowing that every dime I donate or every dollar I help raise may be the dollar that stops another person from suffering.

During the month of October breast cancer awareness month I participate in many local fundraisers for breast cancer. Our community has a walk to raise money that I participate in, a fashion show and luncheon that I donate to and attend, bunco night, and attend our local Cal State University to support the soccer and volleyball teams to raise money for breast cancer. We have to educate and help young women become healthier and live longer lives.

It is important to bring awareness to such a devastating disease affecting the lives of millions of women. The odds of us women getting breast cancer is very high unfortunately that no doubt, that this disease hits someone we know. What a better way to give light to this cause by a Zumba or walk event! Everyone benefits :D

I like to support good causes because I know I'm making a difference. For every mile I walk, I log that mile with Bumblebee Tuna and in turn, they donate .15 cents per mile to Breast Cancer Network of Strength and that makes me want to get out and walk even more.

I like to help peoples and i even love to support some causes which really means a lot in a great manner. Breast Cancer has affected many peoples especially women's. We all have to come together and help in any way they can do...

If something as simple as wearing a pretty pink shirt with the breast cancer ribbon on it can help bring awareness to others, I am all for it. It is an especially powerful message when worn while exercising. And a Zumba class is the perfect place to start.

I like to support a cause so my workout becomes about something more then just me. it helps to stay motivated and to keep me in a more focused and centered place.

i just love supporting causes! i love to run 5k's and zumba is my life right now! breast cancer can effect everyone man or women. so im supporting for all the great people in my life and friends and their familys. no one should ever have to suffer or lose a loved one! i hope i get to wear this to my zumba class and wear my support!!!!

I love supporting breast cancer because my grandmother is a survivor. It's common in genetics, so I support breast cancer in honor of her, and in hopes that there is a cure if anyone else in my family gets it. I like to workout to stay healthy and fit, and know that I can beat anything that may come my way.

I support thru American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. I support by talking to my aunts who are survivors. I support thru Jazzercise. Breast cancer isn't the only cancer that affects mostly women. There is uterine cancer (my younger cousin) and thyroid cancer (me). I WILL SUPPORT ALL WOMEN IN THIS BATTLE. WE ALL SHOULD WIN!

Exercise itself can help reduce the risk of breast cancer. During exercise the body burns calories and loses fat, which in turn leads to a lower body fat content, and could then lower the risk of breast cancer. What is a better reminder of prevention than wearing the cause on your sleeve?! Bottom line is exercise can help reduce our risk of diseases, so why not incorporate awareness of each illness while keeping ourselves healthy?

I support causes to make a difference and breast cancer. This year I'm running my first marathon to support a cure for breast cancer. I'm nervous as heck, but I feel empowered as well. Hopefully this will be the first of many marathons to come.

A cousin that I was close to died of complications from breast cancer and my father died from cancer. So, any cause concerning cancer is close to my heart. However, I have many causes that I support and when I can combine support my favorite causes PLUS working out so much the better!
If I won the Breast Cancer Awareness racerback tank everyone would know I support this great cause and hopefully, would be reminded to also support this cause. And seeing the tank might even make them aware of and participate in a Zumbathon charity event!

I love supporting cancer causes as I am a cancer survivor. It gives me such pleasure to help raise awareness for cancer as well as keep myself in shape post-cancer treatment. I especially love running 5Ks and 10Ks for cancer causes. It's so nice to give back after all the support I have gotten.
