Kelly Osbourne's Incredible Weight Loss

She sweats through three weekly hour-long workouts with trainer Sarah Hagaman at Blue Clay Fitness in L.A., as well as 30-minute treadmill sessions solo on other days.
Osbourne currently follows a low-carb, sugar-free diet, but will allow herself occasional indulgences, such as a piece of chocolate cake. Since switching over to a protein and veggie-rich eating plan, Osbourne has found making healthy choices even easier than she expected. "Compared to how I used to eat, it's completely different," she tells Us Magazine. "I don't eat junk food. I don't have it in my house anymore. I'm more inclined to go for a bag of carrots now than a bag of chips. I never thought I would turn into that girl, but I have!"
After gaining and losing quickly on fad diets, including the Blood Type Diet, Osbourne is committed to making her latest effort her last by looking at it as a lifestyle change. She has shed her excess weight over the course of year by replacing junk food with more nutritious choices and making fitness a priority -- proving that a slow and sensible approach to weight loss is a great way to win the battle with the scale.
